Issue No. 001 is a final-sale digital product. Access to the protected pattern and tutorials begins shortly after payment.
No refunds or exchanges
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit for change of mind, accidental purchases, unused access, differences in skill level, material substitutions, or dissatisfaction with the finished fit or result.
Review before purchasing
Please review the product description, skill level, required materials, made-to-measure format, and online-delivery method before purchasing. No physical product will be shipped.
Technical and billing support
A final-sale policy does not mean you are left without support. If you cannot access the issue or believe there is a billing error, email hello@thepatternissue.com. Include the purchase email address, purchase date, and a description of the problem. We will investigate and help restore valid access or correct a verified billing error. Never send your full card number or sign-in code.
Reversals and chargebacks
If a payment is reversed, refunded where required by law, or charged back, access to the paid issue will end.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer-protection right or remedy that cannot legally be waived. Where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy, that law controls.
