Digital product and access

Issue No. 001 is a one-time purchase of online access to a digital crochet pattern and supporting tutorials. It is not a subscription and no physical product will be shipped. You are responsible for providing a working email address and keeping access links and sign-in codes private.

Personal license

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the issue for your own crochet projects. The pattern, writing, photography, videos, graphics, branding, and site remain owned by The Pattern Issue LLC or its licensors.

You may not copy, record, redistribute, publish, resell, share account access, create a competing pattern from the material, or make the issue available to others. You may sell finished garments you personally make from the pattern on a small scale, but you may not mass-produce them or imply that The Pattern Issue made or endorsed them.

Measurements and results

This is a made-to-measure pattern, so results depend on your measurements, materials, tension, substitutions, and execution. Examples and stitch counts are guidance, not a guarantee of a particular fit or appearance. Use ordinary care with hooks, scissors, yarn, and garments.

Payments, final sales, and access changes

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Digital purchases are final and our All Sales Final Policy applies. Access may be suspended if a payment is refunded where legally required, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or if these terms are materially violated.

Availability and disclaimers

We may maintain, improve, or update the site and issue content. We aim to keep purchased content available, but temporary interruption may occur. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Pattern Issue LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
